Vulcan Forged shifts to another Venly solution to fortify its security
At Venly, we’re happy to start the year with a new announcement. Vulcan Forged decided to shift to another Venly solution for the purpose of fortifying security strategies. We hit the ground running with this successful agreement, and we’re not planning to slow down.
Malicious attacks happen everyday, but how we deal with them shows how strong we are.
After Vulcan Forged’s services were hacked, the Venly team and Vulcan Forged analyzed the issue and came up with a better fit—the Venly Widget solution. It enables Vulcan Forged to fully rely on Venly for securing their users' wallet keys.
Understanding that the Widget was a better solution to outsource security, Vulcan Forged made a game-changing decision. Today, we’re proud to say that Vulcan Forged was able to do this shift in less than two weeks only.
This new agreement brings numerous benefits for both companies. We have earned the right to say that we’re on the right track, and supporting Vulcan Forged’s security is proof of our custodian credibility. Moreover, outsourcing this responsibility will take the weight off their shoulders; Vulcan Forged can now fully focus on what they’re great at—innovative game development.
Tim Dierckxsens, the CEO of Venly, stated that “we’re happy that we were able to find a solution to continuing our partnership with Vulcan Forged. The shift towards the Venly Widget seemed a better fit for Vulcan Forged, and they were able to do that shift in only 2 weeks. We’re happy to take that wallet security load off their shoulders, and continue our mutual growth.”
''We’re excited by all the possibilities that our new agreement with Venly opens up to us. Trusting Venly with our security, we will totally immerse ourselves in providing the best NFT Gaming experiences for blockchain game enthusiasts,'' said Jamie Thomson, the CEO of Vulcan Forged.
