Who are we looking for?

We are looking to hire a technical sales & support manager (product consultant) with excellent technical, communication, and organizational skills. This person will be responsible for giving technical product demos to potential B2B customers (pre-sales), helping in integrations and resolving issues (post-sales) and be the point of contact for B2B customers for any tech related queries. This person will work closely with the business development, product and tech teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide technical product demos to potential customers in the pipeline (live & recorded)
  • Partner with our sales team to successfully deliver Venly's solutions to B2B customers
  • Assist the business development team by problem-solving key technical issues for our customers
  • Work hand in hand with the sales team to introduce Venly's product suite and help prospective customers and partners to understand Venly's products & services
  • Work with business development team to identify and qualify business opportunities, identify key customer technical objections, and convert prospects to customers
  • Work closely with the product team to demonstrate and prototype integrations within the customer environment
  • Evangelize Venly and interact with B2B customers on a daily basis
  • Develop and maintain playbook, delivery strategy and best practices
  • Organise customer requests and prioritize product and feature requests for the business and product team.
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders and account statuses
  • Provide documentation on product specifications and usage to the sales team
  • Prepare and deliver product messaging to highlight Venly's value proposition through whiteboard and slide presentations, product demonstration, proof of concept management, and RFP response documents
  • Provide technical mentorship and training for new hires and peers.

Qualifications

  • A degree in computer science, engineering, information technology or a related field is a plus
  • Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience working in technical sales/support engineer role actively serving B2B customers, ideally in a tech/SaaS company
  • Entrepreneurial in spirit with solid organizational skills and the ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders as well as end customers.
  • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to present clearly in front of the customers and on recorded videos
  • Strong project management and time-management skills
  • General understanding of the blockchain & NFT space
  • Experience in crypto industry is a strong plus
