Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a Multimedia Designer who can bring big, bold conceptual ideas to the table, and easily flex across a variety of formats and consumer touch points, especially email, websites and landing pages, social and video. The ideal candidate for this role has an outstanding eye for design and visual communication who sweats the details. You should be comfortable with fast-paced iterations and adjustments based on feedback. This person will report to the Content Manager

Role/Responsibilities:

• Conducting research on media techniques and design ideas.
• Developing multimedia content ideas in collaboration with the marketing team and the rest of Venly.
• Creating original artwork in terms of digital images, video animation, gifs, and text animations.
• Recording, editing, and encoding audio files.
• Creating and editing web pages.
• Assisting in the creation of sales tools, ie. one-page docs.
• Performing media edits based on feedback.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar role
• A degree in design, film, UI/UX, or related is preferred.
• An amazing portfolio is a must.
• In-depth knowledge of software design programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe AfterEffects/Premiere, and Figma.
• Ability to create and edit webpages (experience with Webflow is ideal.)
• Excellent knowledge of storyboarding, visual design principles, and animation.
• Artistic with a keen eye for aesthetics and visually appealing content.
• Ability to collaborate on long-term projects.
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication and presentation skills.
• General understanding of the blockchain & NFT space.
• Experience in the crypto industry is a strong plus.
