EXPERIENCE: Trained professional with leadership skills
Blockchain is the biggest thing to happen to the internet since, well… the internet. It will reshape how we use and interact with the digital world. But for this technology to realize its real-world potential, it needs to be used. By people. Real people, in the real world—not just industry insiders and early adopters.
Venly is a technology company creating an all-in-one software platform to help companies benefit from blockchain technology. The global vision is to build both a developer-friendly platform and an intuitive interface for end-users. At the centre of everything lies simplicity, prime UX and top-level security.
The company has been recognised as a digital pioneer and delivers groundbreaking innovation to companies such as Atari, Ubisoft and other industry leaders. We are looking for top candidates with a startup mindset that want to be an active member of the team and part of the journey building cool products that will help grow the company.
The Venly team values pro-activeness, autonomous learning, teamwork, honesty & drive.
We are looking for mature profiles that have the experience to facilitate a development team on its road towards successful delivery. In our mainly autonomous teams, the analyst/project manager creates trust and drive in a hands-on way and is an active member of the team product team. You are a quick learner that can grasp the essence of business problems and translate them into requirements that are crisp and clear for the development team to implement. As an analyst, you will write pre-defined acceptance criteria and test the work of your colleagues before reporting to the product owner. As a project manager, you are able to deal with the constraints and requirements typical for IT projects.
The bottom line, protect your team while understanding business priorities change and that may affect your planning. As Dwight D. Eisenhower once said "In preparing for battle I have always found that plans are useless, but planning is indispensable."
